Clay Elrod is a lifelong dog lover. He began decoy work for Big Basin Dog Training out of Modesto, CA. Over the years, we have  enjoyed training many sport and Personal Protection Dogs.

Clay trains dogs with his wife Nicole and daughter Hunter.  Together we go for many pack walks, train in obedience and protection, and just have a great time with all the dogs at our dog training facility in Marshall Texas. Our dogs live and work with us everyday. 

Clay and Nicole are  also work in all aspects  of dogs from breeding, pregnancy, whelping puppies, to training fully trained dogs in obedience, advanced obedience, and personal protection  for our clients.

 Elrod's Working Dogs offers quality dog  sales  specializing in  Working Dogs for  sport, or Personal Protection. German Shepherd Dogs, and  Belgian Malinois. We often have puppies and trained dogs available. If we don't have what you are looking for, we can help you find or import your next  dream dog. 

Our team is made up of passionate individuals with decades of experience  in many different animals from livestock, horses, reptiles, and of course dogs! We are constantly training and learning with other experts to keep up with the most current and safe training methods to teach to our clients.

*Prices  are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time .  All dogs and puppies must have current age appropriate vaccination and also be current on their deworming schedule for us to work with. No exceptions.

Occasionally, we breed litters of Working Dogs. We also sell young green dogs, and fully trained dogs in obedience, and personal protection estate dogs.  We only sell to qualified responsible individuals.  If you are interested in a Working Dog to fit with your lifestyle, or work situation, please get in touch with us so you can fill out our questionnaire and we will do our very best to find you the dog of your dreams.  We have many satisfied clients  nationwide for references if needed.
